Face Of Debbie Ryan Event.

The face of DebbieRyan events is an online and offline contest that is aimed at initiating and promoting the emergence of highly promoted and talented workforce and giving a platform to unleash hidden potentials and give empowerment.

The concept of FODE grew out of a realization of a societal need by its convener. She became increasingly aware that young girls in Africa, Nigeria precisely have a pressing need to strategic guidance and support during their personal , professional / cooperate career and general affairs.

This great realization was borne out of her experience in talking to and interacting to numerous young girls at various stages of their life.

It was clear that providing this strategic platform and support for empowerment would be a way of contributing to the national development.

OBJECTIVES.

To identify, encourage, nurture, and celebrate young girls who exemplifies beauty, talent, intelligence and positive values.
